Owner & Garage Door Expert

With nearly 30 years of experience, Terry is a perfectionist when it comes to garage doors—and that’s exactly what has helped build Elizabethtown Overhead’s strong reputation. A proud U.S. Navy SeaBee veteran, Terry applies the same level of precision and dedication to every project. When he’s not working, he enjoys fishing and boating whenever he gets the chance.

Meg

Operations & Customer Support

Also a Navy veteran, Meg never expected to be in the garage door industry, but working alongside Terry has been an amazing journey. She’s been helping customers for over 20 years, handling much of the behind-the-scenes paperwork and operations. A lover of music and books, Meg jokes that while she might not sing like Adele, she certainly enjoys trying!

Travis Skaggs

General Manager

Travis has been with Elizabethtown Overhead since 2013, starting as a clerk and working his way up to General Manager. A passionate automotive enthusiast, he dreams of restoring his ideal classic car one day. His dedication and leadership are a key part of what makes our team exceptional.

Trina Colyer

Office Manager

Trina spent her early years in Louisville and has also lived in Lexington, but Elizabethtown will always be “home” to her. Trina loves to spend time with her husband and their cats. She enjoys watching classic movies, listening to music spending time with friends, and travelling, especially to the beach.

We always joke that this is our newest employee! The techs were putting in doors at a farm one day – when they packed up to leave – this guy wanted to join them!
