I called wanting a special size door for a basement/garage/workshop project. They came later that day and measured, called the following day with a price, and we did the special order. They also spoke with me to help determine how best to prep the opening for the door through an existing wall. Took about a month for the special order door, which I don't think is unreasonable at all, and then they came in and installed within about 2 hours one day. The door is exactly what I asked for and wanted. I'd use E-Town Overhead again.

Travis Skaggs worked hard to resolve the problem with the remotes and keypad. I'm not sure we have a fix yet, may need a new opener. Kenneth Osborne

Highly recommend these guys. They showed me step by step on how the system works and got done and cleaned everything up pretty fast. Very happy with the job they did and affordable. They get a A+++ from me.

We purchased 3 new doors from Elizabethtown Overhead and are real pleased with them. The price was very reasonable and the quality of the doors and the installation is great!

Awesome! Our automatic garage door broke unexpectedly on a Saturday morning. By Saturday afternoon, we had a new system—to include a perfectly color-matched new door!—installed and running like a dream. We highly recommend Elizabethtown Overhead. Excellent service! Fast, courteous, knowledgeable. They had both springs replaced and the entire serviced and functional in the time it took to make my kid a pop tart!

Installed my door on Monday cleaned it cleaned around it double checked balance made sure of the seal around the edge top and bottom of doors They made my 12 year old opener look and operate like new I give them a five out of five on everything professionalisms going the extra to please the customer pricing product

I called Monday morning about an issue with my garage door. They said someone would be there in the afternoon. It wasn’t long before the tech called, said he was through with his earlier jobs and could he come early. He was here fifteen minutes later and within an hour completely replaced my opener. Absolutely great service! That’s rare these days. I highly recommend this company.
