I can't think of anything not to like about my experience with E-Town Overhead. The quote was less than I anticipated. There was no up-sell, I got what I needed and wanted at a very fair price. I had some insect damage in the exterior framework and they took care of that as well. On installation day, about a week after receiving my quote, everything went smoothly - on time arrival, meticulous installation, and removal of all debris upon completion. The new door has been in place for a couple of months now and I've experienced no problems whatsoever. Wish I had done this years ago.

I called the company about 4:30 one afternoon and the serviceman who was a few miles away came over after his shift was to end and replaced the spring. Can't get better service than that.

I called Elizabethtown Overhead, Inc. after I realized one of my garage door lift cables had come loose. In no time the owner and another worker showed up not only did they put the lift cable back on but also tightened the other doors lift cable. They replaced both bottom and side door seals on both doors. It was like like having two new garage doors. The work was done quickly and very proffesionally. I was very pleased with the work. This is the second time I ve used Elizabethtown Overhead, Inc. and both times they were fast, reasonably priced and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company for any work that needs to be done on your home garage doors or garage door lifts.

My 14 year old garage door started acting wonky... as if it was possessed! I called & was given an appointment for the next afternoon but they found time to come replace it today! Thank goodness! Great friendly service & answered my questions so I could understand what they were telling me.... THANK YOU SO MUCH!
