id recommend using etown overhead doors to anyone needing anything repaired on there garage door. we called and got a estimate. they sent richard out and he did an exceptional job! very fast and Profesional. he left no mess and got everything completed in less than a hour. we also got a very good price on the work that was completed. friendly and very professional company!

We had a spring break right in the middle of a cold spell and called several places for assistance. Elizabethtown Overhead was the only one that picked up the phone on the first try and they were able to get to us the same day. Travis arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He was very pleasant and even took the time to teach me a few things and give me pointers on how to maintain the door going forward. In less than an hour, I had new springs and the door was fully maintenanced, with no mess to clean up. A+ across the board.

I was very impressed with the service - I called about a broken spring and within the hour, it was being replaced. From the initial phone call, to the technician himself, we received very kind, professional and knowledgeable service. I appreciate them finding a way to work us in on such short notice. He went the extra mile and adjusted some other elements to ensure the system was running smoothly and quietly. Easily the best service-call experience I have ever had, especially for timeliness.
